How can I track my order?
- We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
- You can track the status by going to the order status page or you can track it here.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
What happens when my item is backordered?
Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

What methods of payment can I use?
Divalicious Boutique of GLAM accepts payments from all major credit cards using the safe and convenient Shopify Payment system, and customers also have the option of using Amazon Pay and PayPal.
At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us at divaliciousllc2014@gmail.com.
How can I pay for international orders?
Divalicious Boutique of GLAM does not ship internationally at this time, but hope to offer our stylish products overseas in the future.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
It depends where your order is being shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as soon as your order is processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Divalicious Boutique of GLAM does not offer refunds. Please see the full policy here.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request to cancel your order within a short time period after placing your order. If the "Cancel Order" button is disabled, the window to cancel has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation. We're unable to cancel an order beyond this time period.
The same applies if you need to make changes to an order but if further information is needed, please email us at divaliciousllc2014@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible, but no later than two (2) business days.

Where is my order being shipped from?
Divalicious Boutique of GLAM is located in the U.S. and ships domestically to the continental U.S.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate shipping for a rate of $15.00 up to 25 lbs. For orders exceeding 25lbs, we will utilize standard shipping rates to be determined at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
All purchase sales are final, Divalicious Boutique of GLAM does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing items or shipments sent through USPS, you will need to contact their customer service at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. If you have any specific questions or concerns you believe may require further review, please email us at divaliciousllc2014@gmail.com and we will respond within 2 business days.
What happens if I receive a defective order?
We do our absolute best to check the quality of each item before shipping to our customers, but we understand things may happen. If you believe there is a defect in materials or workmanship, please email us at divaliciousllc2014@gmail.com for further review.
How do I use promotions or discounts?
Divalicious Boutique of GLAM may offer special promotions or discounts from time to time, with a code that may be required at checkout or may be automatically added to your order. All guidelines regarding any promotions are discounts will be noted, such as minimum purchase or item quantities.
